Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a large baking sheet.
Add ground chicken, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, garlic & green onions to a bowl and mix.
Wet hands and roll chicken mixture into golf ball sized balls.
Space evenly on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Allow meatballs to cool for about 5 minues and then add to a bowl. Add teriyaki sauce and coat meatballs evenly.
Serve over rice and top with remaining green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
