Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp green onion plus more for topping
  • 1 jar store-bought teriyaki sauce

For Serving:

  • Jasmine Rice cooked
  • sesame seeds to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a large baking sheet.
  • Add ground chicken, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, garlic & green onions to a bowl and mix.
  • Wet hands and roll chicken mixture into golf ball sized balls.
  • Space evenly on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Allow meatballs to cool for about 5 minues and then add to a bowl. Add teriyaki sauce and coat meatballs evenly.
  • Serve over rice and top with remaining green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
