Add all meatball ingredients to a large mixing bowl and thouroughly combine.
Form meatballs into golf ball sized balls.
Saute meatballs in a skillet with oil over medium heat until fully cooked. (about 12-15 minutes flipping occasionally)
Remove meatballs and toss in more sweet chili sauce.
Prepare rice noodles according to package.
Saute broccolini in a small amount of oil and season with salt and garlic powder.
Slice veggies for topping.
Prepare bowls and top with sweet chili lime glaze.
Optional: Top with more green onions and sesame seeds.
