Cook rice according to package.
Cut salmon into 1" cubes. Mix Salmon Glaze. Toss salmon cubes and the glaze together in a medium sized bowl.
Air fry salmon at 350 for 13-14 minutes.
Chop cucumber & green onions. Slice avocado, radishes and lime wedges.
Mix poke sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Mix mayo and sriracha together in a separate bowl. (I like to use a ziploc to mix the sriracha mayo so I can cut the corner and drizzle it!)
Assemble bowls (rice -> salmon -> veggies -> drizzle sauces -> add toppings.) Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
