1/2cuprunny cashew butter*the target brand is best!
1/3cupalmond or oat flour
1/2cupvanilla protein powder
2 tbspmaple syrup
1tspvanilla extract
1/8tspalmond extractcan ommit but it gives the "cake" flavor!
2 tbspsprinkles mix in
1/3cupsprinklesfor rolling!
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. **Depending on the nut butter used, your "dough" may be too soft or too dry. Add more almond flour by the tbsp if runny. Add water or milk by tsp if too dry.**
Roll into 1.5 inch balls and coat in sprinkles! (you may have to press them on with your hands)
