This is one of my all time favorite recipes! I love making chicken meatballs because they are truly so easy to make and super customizable! You can really add whatever you like to them and they turn out great every time!



Teriyaki Chicken Meatballs
Healthy, easy, and delicious — these Teriyaki Chicken Meatballs are the perfect dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp garlic minced
- 2 tbsp green onion plus more for topping
- 1 jar store-bought teriyaki sauce
For Serving:
- Jasmine Rice cooked
- sesame seeds to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a large baking sheet.
- Add ground chicken, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, garlic & green onions to a bowl and mix.
- Wet hands and roll chicken mixture into golf ball sized balls.
- Space evenly on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Allow meatballs to cool for about 5 minues and then add to a bowl. Add teriyaki sauce and coat meatballs evenly.
- Serve over rice and top with remaining green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
