One of my favorite recipes of all time! These salmon bowls are easy, healthy, and look soo good when they’re assembled!

Salmon Bowl
Ingredients
Bowl Ingredients
- 2 portions salmon
- 2 servings rice of choice
- 1/2 large cucumber
- 1 avocado
- chopped green onions for topping
- sliced radishes optional (for color)
- 1 lime
- 1 package seaweed crisps
Salmon Glaze
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp hot honey (or regular honey with a pinch of cayenne pepper)
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves minced garlic or 1 tbsp
Poke Sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp hot honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Sriracha Mayo
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp sriracha
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package.
- Cut salmon into 1" cubes. Mix Salmon Glaze. Toss salmon cubes and the glaze together in a medium sized bowl.
- Air fry salmon at 350 for 13-14 minutes.
- Chop cucumber & green onions. Slice avocado, radishes and lime wedges.
- Mix poke sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Mix mayo and sriracha together in a separate bowl. (I like to use a ziploc to mix the sriracha mayo so I can cut the corner and drizzle it!)
- Assemble bowls (rice -> salmon -> veggies -> drizzle sauces -> add toppings.) Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
