
These no-bake Chocolate Chip Protein Bars are my favorite snack (or even dessert)! They are super easy and require just a few ingredients. I love meal prepping these for a quick snack throughout the week!

Chocolate Chip Protein Bars
Ingredients
Base Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup almond or peanut butter I used almond!
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup oat flour (just blend 1/2 cup rolled oats – or you can sub almond flour)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Topping:
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut or avocado oil
- 1 pinch sea salt optional
Instructions
- Add nut butter, protein powder, oat flour & maple syrup to a bowl and mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Line a baking dish or container with parchment paper.
- Add base to container and press with your fingers to create an even layer.
- Add chocolate chips and oil to a microwave safe container and microwave in 25 second intervals until melted. (Stirring after each interval)
- Add melted chocolate on top of the base mixture and smooth.
- Refridgerate for 25-30 minutes & enjoy!
