My favorite protein-filled snack to meal prep for the week! They’re also an amazing healthier dessert!


Cake Batter Protein Balls
The best protein-filled snack!
Equipment
- 1 Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup runny cashew butter *the target brand is best!
- 1/3 cup almond or oat flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp almond extract can ommit but it gives the "cake" flavor!
- 2 tbsp sprinkles mix in
- 1/3 cup sprinkles for rolling!
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. **Depending on the nut butter used, your "dough" may be too soft or too dry. Add more almond flour by the tbsp if runny. Add water or milk by tsp if too dry.**
- Roll into 1.5 inch balls and coat in sprinkles! (you may have to press them on with your hands)
- Refridgerate and joy as a snack all week!
