My mom taught me to cook, and i’ve loved it my whole life! In college, I really started to pay attention to what I was eating due to food intolerances and managing symptoms of hormonal imbalances. It seemed stressful at first, but only made me fall more in love with cooking and creating wholesome meals that truly nourished my body.
I started sharing recipes on social media in December, 2022 and I’ve never been more proud of something! After graduating college, and quickly realizing just how busy life can be, I made it my mission to create easy-to-follow recipes that provide nourishing ingredients – so you can flourish! I love getting to connect with all of you online, and do my best to provide you with wholesome recipes and content that make life easier for you and your family.
